Maria Anthony is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She went to Cabrini College for special education and elementary education and recently graduated from Johns Hopkins with an M.S. in severe disabilities and autism. This is her 5th year working for Montgomery County Public Schools in the autism program as a 3-5th grade special education teacher. She focuses on meeting individual student needs, adapting the curriculum, and teaching her students functional life skills.

Caroline is a DC native. She received a Masters of Education (Grades 1-6) degree from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. After teaching in Boston for four years, Caroline returned to the DC area. She currently teaches lower school reading and math at a local private school. She has experience tutoring first through ninth graders.
Lily Ing Pratt
Lily Ing Pratt is a 1978 Graduate of the University of MD with a degree in Business Administration. She spent 17 years as an insurance agent. She spent 5 years as a stay at home mom, then began volunteering in children's elementary school special needs classrooms, Lily also spent 4 years as a PTA president, the principal created a para position in 1997 as 1:1 tutor for children with autism. Worked with Learning Academic Disability programs for grades K-1, 2-3 and 4-5 classes for Montgomery County Public Schools. She initiated a Home School model at Viers Mill Elementary, MCPS and primarily has worked with several groups of 4-5 kids with special needs teaching math for past 10 years. Tutored children with math for elementary up to 7th grade.

Rachel Chang has a M.Ed. in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Maryland. In addition to tutoring, Rachel works for Montgomery County Public Schools as a Special Education Teacher in the School Community Based Program for grades 2-4. She was previously a Teacher’s assistant where she supported Math, Reading, Science, and Social Studies classrooms in grades 6 through 8. She loves teaching students strategies to help them build confidence in their work, especially in Math and Reading. During the summer she is a nanny and has previously taught preschool at the Bender JCC of Greater Washington.
